Chicken Saga is an NFT-gated auto-battler from a Filipino team on Ronin. You buy or rent a chicken, run best-of-3 fights, breed and craft, and earn or spend the COCK token. RON is the gas token on Ronin when you move chickens or COCK on-chain. Genesis and ordinary roosters sit in the catalog as Chicken Saga Genesis and Chicken Saga Chickens.

Arc pools rise each time (6.5M → 7.875M → 9.25M). The studio’s rest-fortnight posts say those gaps are for publishing results, distributing prizes, and resetting the ladder. You can still play unranked; nothing from a rest fortnight carries into the next ranked arc. Liwayway keeps paying daily during rests.

The August 24 reward breakdown (opens in new tab) states Season 4 pays the top 100 of each arc. Season 3 paid down to rank 500. The team’s reason: three separate arc payouts would thin prizes too far if spread across 500 places.
They also posted a treasury snapshot of the growing pot: 14,712,096++ $COCK as of August 2026 (+92.1% from 7,660,000 in March 2026), fed by crafting burns and breeding fees. Treat that figure as a dated snapshot; the graphic still reads “still growing.”

Grand Final will run November 20–27: 32 chickens, single elimination, and 15,175,000 $COCK in the pot. Treat Season 4 as three ranked sprints, not one long ladder. Show up for Arc 1 if you want early money; missing First Light does not lock you out of High Noon or Last Stand because MMR and record wipe. Rest fortnights are practice and daily Liwayway only; do not confuse unranked grind with arc progress.
If you sit between ranks 101 and 500, Season 3’s deep payout band is gone. Money now concentrates in the top 100 per arc. Grand Final eligibility up to Rank 250 is a separate chase from arc prize cuts.
Collectors and COCK holders
Breeding and crafting still feed the growing leaderboard pot. Holders of Genesis or ordinary chickens should watch which birds they field for each arc reset, because build progression carries while ladder standing does not.
