Upland Harvest 2026 Championship Racing: six points races replace Final
Upland locked Harvest 2026 Championship Racing to a points path on October 2, 2026: there is no standalone Season Championship Final. The Harvest champion is whoever holds the most season points after all six weeks, and Week 6 stays an open points race. Racers who want to compete need the Harvest 2026 Championship Racing Pass (30,000 UPX, up to 1,000 passes) and must still hold it through the Wednesday, October 7, 2026, 9 AM PT eligibility snapshot.
This article follows the Season Pass, weekly GE, and Visual Upgrade kickoff with the Championship Racing format change. Soft calendar note only: Harvest season already opened October 1 with those systems.
Background
Upland is a wallet-optional city-builder on a real-world map from Uplandme. Day-to-day play runs in client; SPARKLET and property layers sit on Ethereum and Base when you opt in. Soft currencies such as UPX stay in-game only.
Championship Racing is the seasonal circuit where registered drivers race weekly tracks for standings points, weekly UPX from a shared purse, and a path into Genesis Week annual finals. Prior seasons used a separate championship final; Harvest 2026 drops that spine.
What happened
Points path replaces the standalone Final
On October 2, 2026, Upland published Harvest 2026 Championship Racing: Six Races. Every Point Counts. (opens in new tab) and pointed players there from the official Upland Discord (opens in new tab). The page states the studio is replacing the standalone Season Championship Final with a sixth points-scoring race.
The racer with the most season points after all six weeks is crowned Harvest champion. Week 6 is another chance to earn points, not a heat reserved for drivers who already locked a berth. Weekly competition format (qualifying rounds, semifinal heats, final heat) stays the same. What changes is how the champion is decided and when the season’s top 12 move on.
Top 24 fastest drivers qualify for each week’s competition. Points accumulate across all six weeks. Week 6 uses the same weekly qualifying process and is not limited to the season’s top 12.
Top 12 path to Genesis Week 2027 Paris
The top 12 finishers in final Harvest standings qualify for the Harvest semifinal during Genesis Week 2027 on the Paris Monument track. The event page says points earned in Genesis Week semifinals decide the top six who advance to the Grand Final. Qualifying across multiple seasons can mean more Genesis Week starts.
The same page leaves an unresolved race-count detail for Genesis Week itself. The Road to Genesis Week section says: “There will be six races in total during Genesis Week, including the Grand Final.” The Complete Racing Rules season-format notes say: “Genesis Week includes five races total, including the Grand Final.” Leave both statements open until Upland clarifies.
Racing Pass cliff: October 7, 9 AM PT
To compete, buy the collectible Harvest 2026 Championship Racing Pass in the Upland Store for 30,000 UPX, with up to 1,000 passes available. Sale end and eligibility snapshot share one clock: Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 9 AM PT. You must keep holding the pass through that snapshot. Your name appears on the leaderboard after your first race on the designated track.
All registration UPX goes into the seasonal prize pool. Upland also adds a bonus contribution. Weekly UPX prizes by placement are tracked and paid after the season’s sixth race. The top three in final Harvest standings earn exclusive racing badges. Annual Championship prizes at Genesis Week 2027 (larger UPX, custom-made prizes, exclusive rewards) are flagged for fuller detail closer to that event.
Community track creators receive 25,000 UPX after a selected track is featured in a live competitive week.

Week 5 remains Bonus Points Week. The exact bonus boost will be announced before Week 5 qualifying begins. Alternate tracks if needed: Woodhaven Stretch Queens and Shadow Hills Circuit.

Players
If you plan to race Harvest Championship, buy and hold the Racing Pass through October 7, 9 AM PT. A rough Week 1 no longer ends your title run: points stay live through Week 6, including the open Interlagos week.

The Racing Pass is a 30,000 UPX store collectible with a 1,000 supply cap and a hard eligibility snapshot. Registration fees fund the seasonal UPX purse. Top-three exclusive racing badges and featured-track creator payouts (25,000 UPX) are the named collectible/creator rewards for this season.
