Gods Unchained Guardians of Elderym expansion: packs June 24

Gods Unchained will open pack sales for Guardians of Elderym on June 24, 2026 at 11 AM AEST, running 28 days or until packs sell out, with no restocks. The 76-card expansion adds a Level Up keyword. Guild of Guardians characters will be playable as card NFTs on Immutable zkEVM. Cards from the set can change during a four-week Balancing Phase before the set locks.

Background

Gods Unchained is a free-to-start TCG. You can queue Ranked and Sealed without buying a pack. Owned cards are the Constructed pool you trade, fuse, and climb shine on. Day-to-day play and this checkout sit on Immutable zkEVM. GODS is the game’s utility token. IMX is the gas token for typical MetaMask sends on that network.

Guardians of Elderym is a new expansion. Gods Unchained published Guardians of Elderym, The Full Guide⁠ (opens in new tab) ahead of the June 24 window. Elderym heroes from Guild of Guardians will show up on Faenar as fully playable cards.

What happened

Per that full expansion guide⁠ (opens in new tab) on the Gods Unchained portal:

76 cards and Level Up

The set is 76 new cards, including 7 Legendaries and 6 one-of-one Mythic Art Variants.

Level Up X is the new keyword. A Level Up card unlocks its printed effect after you spend more than X mana while it is in play. That mana count carries across your turns. Only creatures and relics can have the keyword. It cannot fire on your opponent’s turn, and it cannot fire more than once per round. Many of the printed cards can Level Up again later.

The guide’s example: a Level Up 4 creature on the board, a 2-mana play, then a 3-mana play the next turn (5 total) trips the effect. Named payoffs include Phoenicia (repeatable 4 damage to the enemy god at Level Up 6), Lia (12 damage to all enemy creatures at Level Up 7), and Commander (draw two Guardians at Level Up 5).

Three pack tiers

Every GoE pack holds six cards. Supply is capped per tier.

Kharkuk’s Mythic Art Variant can appear in any of those three pack types.

Website checkout on zkEVM

Packs will sell on the Gods Unchained website, not as a marketplace listing. The guide’s checklist: connect the wallet to your game account, use Immutable zkEVM if you are on MetaMask, keep IMX on that network for MetaMask gas, and hold a listed payment token. Accepted tickers are GODS, ETH, IMX, GOG, and USDC.

Divine Tithings will apply to this set. Older-set duplicates convert to points you can spend for a pack discount: 5% at 12,000 points, 10% at 21,000, 20% at 38,000, and 35% at 60,000. Welcome, Promo, and several named unsupported sets give zero points. Use the table in the guide before you burn copies.

Sealed Heroic packs and exclusive trinkets

Sealed rewards will refresh with four tiers: Common, Rare, Epic, and Heroic. 7 wins will unlock the Heroic pack. Those packs have five meteorite-only slots and a shot at Legendaries plus the Lia Mythic Variant. Tian Long’s Mythic is flagged for a later Sealed event; the guide does not date that event yet.

Three trinkets will drop only from Sealed packs: Skeleton Assassin, Water Elemental, and Wraith.

June 24 sales window and Balancing Phase

Sales will open June 24, 2026, 11 AM AEST and will run 28 days or until the capped supply sells out, whichever happens first. The guide says there will be no restocks.

After launch, a Balancing Phase will run for four weeks, with an option to extend eight more. During that window the cards will be live and the team can change them. When that phase ends, the set locks: no further changes to gameplay utility.

Who it affects

Ranked and Sealed players

Level Up rewards planning mana across turns, not only the current one. Midrange and control lists pick up long-payoff creatures such as Phoenicia and Lia. Guardian-synergy lists pick up Commander’s draw. Treat those lines as provisional until the Balancing Phase ends.

Sealed grinders should play for the 7-win Heroic pack if they want Lia’s Mythic and the Sealed-only trinkets. Weekend Ranked will not be a pack farm for this set at launch. Check the live client for whatever replaces that reward later.

Collectors

Mythic Art Variants are one-of-one. Sources split by product, not by a single pack:

Completing a full set (mixed qualities count) will award one Lava Spider trinket. After mint, secondary listings typically show on TokenTrove. Check shine and whether you are buying a Mythic Art Variant before a high-ticket trade. Pack checkout is on the Gods Unchained site.
