Calamity Sunforge mint live: cosmetics and Factory NFT claims open

Tempest Labs opened the Sunforge cosmetics and Factory NFT claim windows for Calamity on August 28, 2026. In the official Calamity Discord⁠ (opens in new tab), the studio pointed eligible players at Ronin mint dashboards for leaderboard and sale cosmetics, plus Factories bought in-client. Mintable copies were stripped from in-game accounts so the same reward cannot sit twice (client + wallet). PvP cosmetics and the Fishing companion will show again in-game after the August 29 client update.

Background

Calamity is a free-to-play 2D action MMORPG from Tempest Labs on Ronin. Your class follows the weapon you equip. Day-to-day clears and PvP can run without a wallet; Dragon Rings sit beside that loop for founder cosmetics and buffs. Planned WYRM is not required to finish this claim step.

Sunforge Season ran June 25 through August 20, 2026. When the season closed, Tempest locked final PvP and Fishing leaderboards and kept the Live server playable with no wipe yet; see Calamity Sunforge season ends: leaderboards locked, no wipe yet. That August 21 notice promised minting the following week for sale cosmetics, PvP and Fishing rewards, and in-game Factories. This August 28 post is the claim go-live, not another season-close or Live patch note.

The Sunforge wiki prize table⁠ (opens in new tab) maps ranks to cosmetics: top 25 on each PvP board (Combatant and Duelist) for a back-slot piece, and top 15 on Fishing for a fish follower. Conquest prizes appear on that wiki table, but they were not named in the season-end mint list or in the mint-live Discord post.

What happened

Cosmetics claim portal

Per the August 28 Discord post, eligible players mint cosmetics as NFTs at app.calamity.online/cosmetics⁠ (opens in new tab).

Discord names these eligible sources:

• PvP Leaderboard rewards
• Fishing Leaderboard rewards
• Purchased aura, crown, and fishing rod cosmetics from the sale track

Rank and reward rows live in Tempest’s Sunforge leaderboard spreadsheet⁠ (opens in new tab). Check that sheet against the Ronin wallet linked to your Calamity account if you are unsure which band you earned.

The Calamity cosmetic NFT wiki⁠ (opens in new tab) describes wallet-backed cosmetics as pieces that persist across seasonal character wipes, with four presentation slots (above head, under feet, behind back, companion). Unique non-duplicate cosmetics also feed the Mastery collection bonus to primary stats in PvE and PvP.

Factory claim portal

Players who bought Factories inside the game mint them at app.calamity.online/wallet-checker⁠ (opens in new tab).

The Factories wiki⁠ (opens in new tab) documents holder utility after ownership is on-chain: assigned Production Power, personal Catalyst and Supply timers, shared ticket and Silver pools, and separate Nut Shipment claims. Planned WYRM allocations stay future-facing; this mint step locks wallet ownership of the Factory you already paid for in-client.

Anti-duplication and visual return

Discord states that mintable cosmetics and Factories were removed from in-game accounts to block duplicates. Expect empty cosmetic or Factory slots in the client until you finish the mint flow on the linked wallet.

Before Factory removal, the team auto-claimed all available Factory production rewards so pending payouts were not lost with the strip.

PvP cosmetics and the Fishing companion will return in-game after the August 29 client update. Until that build ships, treat the mint as the ownership step and the patch as the visual return.

Who it affects

Players

If you placed on Sunforge PvP or Fishing boards, open the spreadsheet, confirm your rank band, then mint at the cosmetics portal with the same Ronin wallet you use in Calamity. Sale buyers of the aura, crown, or fishing rod use that same cosmetics URL.

Factory buyers should mint at the wallet-checker page before assuming in-game Factory rooms or production timers match the pre-strip account. Wiki production rules apply after mint; this post does not republish Catalyst or Supply timers.

After you mint, watch for the August 29 client update if leaderboard cosmetics or the Fishing follower look missing in the client.

Collectors

Minted cosmetics trade on marketplaces such as OpenSea’s calamity-cosmetics collection⁠ (opens in new tab) and the Ronin Marketplace cosmetics page⁠ (opens in new tab), not through Calamity’s in-game Auction House. Dragon Rings stay a separate founder layer; Sunforge leaderboard pieces are event cosmetics that trade on Ronin like earlier playtest drops.

Factory NFTs are a distinct supply line from cosmetic slots. Check marketplace listings and contract pages before you buy second-hand. This claim window is not a Gold→USDC Withdraw change or an Awakening Dust reforge; those Live 0.5.2 levers live in Calamity Live update: Gold→USDC withdraw and Awakening Dust stat re-rolls.
