Immutable Play weekly rewards: Gems, Keys, and the $60K pool

Immutable Play is Immutable's player hub for discovery, Immutable Passport (opens in new tab) sign-in, and a recurring weekly rewards loop. In mid-June 2026, the practical path is: complete quests for Gems, redeem 500 Gems for one Key, then earn Weekly Points so your Key tier climbs before you claim IMX and other hub prizes.

On February 19, 2026, Immutable upgraded that loop with dynamic tiering (Common through Legendary) on a $60,000 weekly campaign pool. If you already play hub-linked titles on Immutable, this is how the quest board turns into a weekly claim, not a one-click airdrop checker.

Background

Immutable Play sits above individual games as a gaming hub: browse titles, connect with Passport, and pick up quests that feed the Weekly Rewards program. On-chain play and gas land on the Immutable network. Hub rewards often pay in IMX, which is also the network's gas and ecosystem token. Game currencies such as GODS or GOG stay inside those titles.

Immutable's reward history moved from a large one-off Main Quest push in April 2024, to recurring Perpetual Rewards weekly draws in the 2025 era, then to the February 2026 dynamic-tier upgrade on the current $60K messaging. Official Weekly Rewards docs (opens in new tab) describe the live loop and note the program is sponsored by the IMX Ecosystem Foundation and operated by Immutable Play.

Hub marketing often cites 270+ titles on Immutable Play. The Web3Raider Immutable Play page lists a smaller catalog subset. Treat live quest boards on play.immutable.com (opens in new tab) as the current list.

What happened

Quests, Gems, and Keys

Per Immutable's Weekly Rewards docs (opens in new tab), the cycle is:

  1. Earn Gems by completing quests, following games, and claiming daily rewards on Immutable Play.
  2. Redeem a Key by exchanging 500 Gems for entry into that week's Weekly Draw.
  3. Raise your Key tier by completing eligible quests for Weekly Points.
  4. Claim IMX, bonus Gems, or free entries when the draw concludes.

A May 27, 2026 quest guide on Medium (opens in new tab) restates the same spine for mid-2026 players: quests feed Gems; 500 Gems = 1 Key; one Key redemption per week; Weekly Points improve the Key tier after you are in the draw.

Quest types rotate. Expect a mix of social and onboarding tasks, community actions, and in-game milestones across partner titles. Gems unlock entry. Weekly Points improve tier once you have redeemed a Key. Stopping at 500 Gems without pushing points leaves half the system unused.

Weekly Points and dynamic tiers

On February 19, 2026, PlayToEarn (opens in new tab) and ChainPlay (opens in new tab) covered Immutable's dynamic-tier upgrade on the $60,000 weekly rewards program. Players earn Weekly Points through ongoing quest activity to move across five tiers:

TierRole (campaign messaging)
CommonEntry tier; baseline access to the weekly pool
UncommonImproved distribution and prize odds
RareHigher-value rewards; stronger mythic eligibility
EpicBetter odds on high-value / mythic prizes
LegendaryTop tier; largest share eligibility and best mythic odds

Official docs define Key Tiers the same way: five levels from Common to Legendary that set prize-pool access, plus Mythic Rewards as top-tier IMX for select participants. Press coverage also notes a profile panel for rank and progress. Press cited prior cycles where a mythic-scale win sat around ~$115 USD equivalent. Treat that as illustrative, not a promise for any given week.

Weekly timing and claims

Immutable's Perpetual Rewards launch coverage on PlayToEarn (opens in new tab) published the weekly clock players still meet in how-tos:

PhaseWhen (UTC)
Key redemptionThursday through Monday
Rewards calculatedTuesday
Claim opensWednesday

Only one Key can be redeemed per account per week. Rewards must be claimed; launch-era coverage and later how-tos warn that unclaimed prizes can expire after 30 days. The May 2026 Medium guide also frames a Thursday-to-Thursday UTC habit for planning quests, redemption, and points. Prefer the live hub UI if a week's clock differs from an older blog post.

What you can earn

Official Weekly Rewards docs list typical outcomes as:

  • IMX token payouts
  • Bonus Gems
  • Free entries for future cycles

Higher Key tiers improve access to larger slices of the pool and mythic IMX. Receiving IMX can require Passport eligibility steps and meeting the age 18+ rule. Docs state the program is available worldwide except where prohibited by law, and that Immutable Passport is required for Weekly Rewards.

Who it affects

Players on hub-linked catalog games

If you already play titles on the Immutable Play platform list, stack hub quests in games you actually open. Depth in one live quest board usually beats random one-offs for both Gems and Weekly Points. Common catalog games include:

GameWhy hub quests matter
Gods UnchainedLong-running TCG; expansions often bring hub tasks
Guild of GuardiansMobile squad RPG; seasons overlap hub campaigns
TreeverseSeasonal MMORPG updates on Immutable
Might and Magic: FatesRanked TCG patches
NomSteadSeasonal economy and event quests
ChainersBrowser MMO events (also Polygon in catalog)
Ragnarok Sharing HeroHub-linked Immutable Play title
Pocket LegionsImmutable launch coverage in June 2026

Finish Passport setup and any verification the claim UI asks for before you expect IMX. Farming Gems without redeeming a Key, or redeeming a Key then ignoring Weekly Points, are the usual ways to waste a cycle.

Collectors

Weekly Rewards are mostly IMX and hub currencies, not automatic NFT drops. Card and cosmetic value still follows each game's patches and official mints. Do not buy assets only because a weekly pool exists; check the title's own notes first.

Newcomers

Passport (email or social login) lowers wallet friction, but Weekly Rewards still need a Passport account per official docs. Gas and bridging still follow the Immutable network and IMX pages. What to watch next

  • Live quest board and profile panel on play.immutable.com (opens in new tab) for Gem totals, Key redemption, and tier progress
  • Weekly clock (Thu–Mon redemption, Wed claim) if Immutable posts a schedule change in docs (opens in new tab) or hub FAQs
  • Tier curves when campaigns adjust Weekly Points thresholds
  • Passport / verification prompts before large IMX claims
  • Catalog game patches that add new hub quests (Gods Unchained, Guild of Guardians, Treeverse, and peers)

Official channels: Immutable on X (opens in new tab), Immutable Discord (opens in new tab), and in-game notices from titles you play.

Bottom line: Treat Immutable Play Weekly Rewards as a weekly participation loop. Reach 500 Gems, redeem the Key inside the live window, keep earning Weekly Points for tier rank, then claim IMX before the window expires. Align quests with games you already open, and finish Passport eligibility before you plan around a payout.
